Hi If i cant afford to go to the gym is there any other way to get toned without lifting weights at the gym?

Hey Jeanypena!

Yes! There’s tons of ways to get toned. Being toned also means being fit and having energized muscle. The park, a room in your house, or the backyard are excellent spots to start working out. Since you can’t afford a gym or trainer, you have to do your research on the different types of bodyweight exercises that will get you nice and toned. My principle on bodyweight exercises for Toned qualities is doing them as SLOW AS POSSIBLE and no more than 6 reps. Form is important and if you feel any type of bad pain just stop.break.stretch. & go! Let me know if this helped you!
